Every day of Jonah's life is so full of new learning that I sometimes forget that others may want to know his latest knowledge and skills. And after re-reading the last few posts I realize that an update is definitely in order. Here is a short list of his latest: Words Jonah says: Cat Dog Banana (sounds like nanana) Car (sounds like a taxi driver in Brooklyn) Avocado (sounds like cado) Hi Bye Bye water (sounds like ahder) flower (sounds like ah-doe) And an entire vocabulary of nonsensical words that are strung together in elaborate phrases that amaze and confuse the listener.
